All services on the HelpKnow platform are priced and measured using credits.
Model Credit Consumption
Different models have different input and output costs, measured in points per 1,000 tokens.
Token: The smallest unit used by AI for understanding and billing.
Input: The content sent to the AI model, including your question, previous conversation history, and any related knowledge base snippets (if available).
Output: The response generated by the AI model.
