HelpKnow.ai supports bulk import of tens of thousands of products by simply filling in information according to a predetermined template. Through structured product data, after the corpus is adopted by the agent, the "Find Similar Products" feature can be used.
Why import a Product Library?
- Improve recommendation and retrieval accuracy: Complete product attributes (such as brand, color, size, applicable scenarios, technical parameters) enable AI to better understand products, thereby returning more precise results when users perform fuzzy searches or request recommendations.
- Easy to maintain: When product information (such as descriptions, inventory status) changes, you only need to export the current data, modify it in the spreadsheet, and then re-import it, resulting in extremely low management costs.
- Adaptable to multiple business scenarios: The same template import logic can be applied to completely different types of "products".
On the knowledge page, click "+ Knowledge Base" and select "Product Library"
Then download the template, fill in the data according to the table, and upload it again

After adding the product library to the agent, the "Find Similar Products" feature will be available. When users send an image, the AI will automatically reply with product cards for similar items.
