HelpKnow.ai supports creating "online documents" to write help documentation, SOP processes, logistics policies, return FAQs, and more. These online documents can be used as training corpora for intelligent agents and can be shared with users for access.
1. Create online document
After entering the knowledge page, click [+ Knowledge Base] and select "Online Document"

2. Import content
Enter the knowledge base backend page, click "+", and select "Import". Or click "New document" to write directly.
*Need to create categories, and import or create articles under the categories.

As shown in the image, click to select a docx. document. Batch import is supported, and you can also drag documents directly to this area.
*Supports .docx, markdown

3. View & Share
After setting up your online document, click "View" in the top-right corner to jump to the visitor view to see the final result. Copy the link to share with users to access the online document.

4. Configure Online Document
Return to the SaleSmartly backend, click Integration, select the corresponding chat plugin, and click "Edit Plugin"

On the Help Desk page, click "Open Help Desk" and "Save" to configure the online document in the customer service chat plugin.
