Tutorial | Connect your Shoppass store to HelpKnow to provide your customers with self-service order logistics query service

I. Obtain Access Token in Shoppass Admin

1. Open the Shoppass store admin

• Click Settings at the bottom left → then click Basic Information

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click [Generate Randomly], and copy/save the generated token.

II. Obtain Store Domain

 Log in to the Shoppass admin and click the top right corner to obtain your store domain.

III. Plugin Authorization Configuration

1. Enter the obtained Store Domain and Access Token into the Shoppass plugin authorization parameters in Helpknow and save. A success message indicates completion.

2. Add the configured tool to the required Agent and define the usage scenarios and conditions in the Agent settings to provide Shoppass store order and logistics tracking services for your customers.
